If you send us a message informing about an error, any question or just a suggestion, you will receive a fast and competent answer from our technical support team within 72 hours. As a rule all the majority of problems are solved on the spot. Numerous positive reports concerning our specialists and services prove that perfectly well.
Please note, that as long as all the work is done manually to ensure best results and avoid any penalties that might be caused by any machine-generated involvement into key SEO activities, we usually DO NOT provide any refunds or money back guarantees except stated in Section A & Section B below. Section A: Partial Refund

If you send us If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order on prorate basis except for non-refundable services stated in section C below. The refund processing time would be 10 business days by NEFT/RTGS. Covalent Softwares Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right for a partial refund after 120 days from the purchase date; if and only it has been found that the product/service provided by Covalent Softwares Pvt. Ltd. does not fulfil the requirements stated in its website. A partial refund can be processed, not exceeding up to 40% of the order value can be provided based on the authenticity of the case.
Section B: Full Refund
● If you accidentally bought the service more than once for the same URL.
● If you accidentally purchased the wrong service, we can adjust the received money on the accurate service you might need, and refund you the surplus amount, or request an additional sum, as per the situation.
● A stated feature of the service is missing in the manner outlined in any written or verbal correspondence, sales material or advertising by Covalent Softwares.
● If we feel your customized project deliverables are beyond our control and we can't carry on with your project.
● The refund processing time would be 10 business days by NEFT/RTGS.
Section C: No Refund
● When a user demands a refund immediately after ordering or receiving the service.
● When a user informs us about changing his decision to buy the service, saying he is not going to use the services after ordering it.
● When reasons which prevent a customer from proper using of the service are stated clearly on our official site. (For example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for the service).
